2 Induction quenching equipment process plan
1) According to the requirements of slewing bearing induction quenching technology, the machine adopts the structure of transformer lifting movement, radial feed movement and lateral movement, and the rotary table adopts servo motor driving rotation, which can realize the functions of automatic gear indexing and continuous raceway scanning quenching. The machine tool has better versatility.
2) The main machine adopts gantry structure, the horizontal sliding table is designed on the beam, which can realize the radial movement of the inductor. The moving beam is designed with the lifting and lateral movement of the inductor, which can realize the lifting and lateral movement of the inductor. The induction heating load is designed and installed on the lateral moving slide table.
3) The transformer/inductor is driven by servo motor, driven by ball screw and driven by servo motor. The moving guide is linear and the moving position can be controlled accurately.
4) The induction heating power supply adopts 200kw/ 4-10khz parallel resonant full digital igbt transistor power supply, and is equipped with a set of induction heating load, which can be used in conjunction with inductor of different structures. Through load matching and adjustment, the best heating effect can be achieved.
